Previously, as Head of Digital & AI at B.A.U.M. Consult, he led the development of DISCCO, a platform orchestrating clean energy research across 32+ countries. Andreas is an innovation strategist who transforms scattered insights into actionable intelligence. His expertise lies in building digital platforms that convert complex project outputs into strategic value for ministries, research institutions, and enterprises. As former Head of Innovation Management at B.A.U.M. Consult, he guided knowledge strategy across a €100M+ portfolio of EU climate-innovation programmes. His leadership on flagship projects—WindNODE, PlatOne, and CreteValley—provided deep insight into both funding mechanisms and implementation challenges at scale.
